How do I choose my swimsuit from so many different styles?
It’s true, they are too many and it’s normal to be a little confused at first - bathing suits, bikinis, one piece swimsuits, plus size, full figure swimwear, skirts and pants; evening, casual, vacation and party dresses; and many more tops, bottoms and body slimming clothing.

What sizes do you carry?
At MySexySwimsuits.com we carry a great range of swimwear sizes from 1 and 2 to 18 US Dress Size. At our site you will find the equals of these sizes from XS to 2X. We also feature international sizing information.

We understand that buying swimwear and clothing online can be difficult even if you know your size. So if the product you have purchased online form us does not fit you, there is no problem to contact us in 30 days for information on how to return or exchange it. If you get an authorization of your return or exchange request - Return Authorization Number (RAN), you must return the items in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

How long will my swimwear last?
There are a variety of factors that can impact the longevity of your swimsuit, which makes it quite difficult to determine exactly how long your swimsuit should last. Virtually it can last for many years if you take a good care of it and follow a few simple steps:
1. Environmental factors such as UV damage influence the most the longevity of swimsuits. Sun causes swimwear fading.
2. High chlorine pools, hot tubs and Jacuzzis can cause colors to wear off especially for metallic swimwear fabrics. Those bikinis and swimsuits need to be washed in cold water only.
3. DO NOT let your swimsuit wet for long after being used in salty or high chlorinated waters.
4. Prolonged soaking of your swimsuit can cause colors to bleed (especially if you use detergents). It’s better to wash your swimsuit using only mild soap and rinse it in fresh water after use. Hang it to dry inside or in shade (never in the sun).
5. For the first few washings any swimsuit can have bleeding colors (but that’s normal), so wash it separately until any excess dye washes out and the bleeding will stop.
6. DO NOT bleach your swimwear, DO NOT put it in the dryer, DO NOT iron it or wash it with whites in a washing machine.
7. DO NOT sit on abrasive surfaces (use a towel to sit on when you are in a bathing suit.)

Delivery times and shipment availability can vary for each product based on the delivery location, the size of the package and the product availability limitations. However, the vast majority of our products are shipped within 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days of original order placement.

Do you guarantee your products?
Your satisfaction is our Number One priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us in 30 days for information on how to return or exchange it. As long as the product is in new and unused condition, you will get a full or partial refund depending on the restocking fee (15-25%) of your money. We are not able to give you refund on the shipping and handling fees.

What if my product is defective or damaged?
If your product is damaged during the shipping or you found it defective, please notify us in 2 days of the delivery so we can resend a new one. |
